Millions of emails a day, cold audiences, multiple verticals — and one question that decides revenue: inbox or spam?

F1ServiceCentre is hiring for an American media company that runs newsletters at serious scale. We're looking for someone who owns deliverability end to end — not as a side task, but as the whole job.

This isn't a management seat. You'll be hands-on: in the DNS, in the headers, in the seed lists, in the postmaster tools. Two things matter above all — inbox placement, and how fast you resolve deliverability issues.

What you'll own:

– Inbox placement & sender reputation

– Authentication & infrastructure: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, IP/domain warming, feedback loops

– ESP strategy & operations: configuration, optimization, migration

– Cold audience deliverability

– Marketer guidance & enablement

– Monitoring, reporting & incident response

What we're looking for:

– 6+ years with deliverability as your primary focus

– Hands-on experience at 5M+ sends per day

– Proven track record fixing placement issues at scale

– Experience sending to cold audiences

– Fluency with postmaster tools across major mailbox providers

– Deep expertise across major ESPs

– English C1 or above

Nice to have:

– Newsletter / promotional content at scale

– Experience using AI tools for deliverability

– Existing relationships with ESP & mailbox provider teams

– Background in performance marketing, affiliate, or media
