About The Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across various technical disciplines, including software engineering, security, product management, and design, to support the growth of our teams at both Acorns and GoHenry. Your expertise will help shape our talent acquisition strategies, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and hire top-tier candidates who align with our mission and values.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of technical or non-technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact hires across various technical disciplines

- Strong network-building skills within emerging technical talent pools
- Knowledge of ML, AI, and LLM-related technical trends and talent landscapes
- Experience with hiring software, evaluation tools, and interview structures
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder influence skills
- Operational rigor with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
