Job Description

If you have deep expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can identify compliance gaps at a glance, this role offers you the opportunity to integrate your judgment into an AI-driven certification platform. You will translate your professional insight into scalable systems while delegating repetitive tasks to automation.

IgniteTech is developing the industry's first AI-driven compliance infrastructure for enterprise software. Our platform uses generative AI to produce audit-ready certification documentation, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and resolve approximately 80% of security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility centers on the critical 20%—refining the system, guiding its learning, and intervening when expert judgment is essential. The objective is not to eliminate human oversight but to amplify the impact of one expert to match that of ten.

This position is distinct from a traditional compliance analyst role. You will not spend time collecting signatures or reformatting documentation. Instead, you will oversee the reliability of an automated compliance platform, identify where AI requires human intervention, verify outputs against auditor standards, and engage directly when client confidence is at stake. System enhancements will stem directly from your corrections, rules, and iterative adjustments.

You will collaborate closely with AI engineering teams, compliance strategy experts, and product operations leadership, operating at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI development. If you can determine when to rely on automation, when to override it, and when to refine its logic, submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Certification Audit Packages: Assembled and validated documentation sets that support ongoing PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance.
  • Customer Security Responses: Custom replies addressing detailed security questions, assessment forms, or assurance inquiries.
  • Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment frameworks prompted by regulatory shifts or internal changes.
  • AI System Tuning Memos: Documented adjustments to AI logic (e.g., input data, control parameters, escalation rules) that enhance accuracy or compliance performance.

Security Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance using AI-enhanced certification workflows and customer confidence initiatives.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years managing or overseeing certification audit processes
  • Proven track record leading SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS audits from start to finish
  • Established experience evaluating and replying to sophisticated customer security assessments
  • Competence applying generative AI tools to produce, refine, and validate compliance materials
