What You Will Be Doing
- Design and sustain AI-powered test automation frameworks that produce test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation processes
- Leverage GenAI technologies to assess testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement
- Replicate user interactions, load conditions, and boundary scenarios to detect potential failures before they reach end users
- Deploy AI and automation technologies to accelerate product delivery cycles and minimize product defects
- AI-First Mindset (candidates whose default approach is to write code manually before employing AI tools for verification or enhancement should not apply)
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in QA automation
- Demonstrated proficiency with Selenium and at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
- Proven professional experience applying AI tools to automate quality assurance processes
- Working knowledge of CI/CD systems, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
