Process Engineer

Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSABILITIES

• Process Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing systems and equipment procedures used in manufacturing facilities. His main duties include testing and monitoring equipment, updating current processes, managing process resources to maintain and optimize production efficiency.
• Process Engineer should proactively involve working closely with partners from other functions at Dong Nai site to ensure that products produced consistently to meet compliance, quality, processes, and time delivery to support business continuity.
  
  

Primary Activities

• Process Design & Development Creating new processes or modifying existing ones for better output and cost-effectiveness.
• Optimization Analyzing performance metrics to improve efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshooting Identifying and solving technical problems in production lines.
• Safety & Compliance Ensuring processes meet health, safety (EHS), and environmental standards.
• Collaboration Working with Production, Quality, Engineering, S&T
• Documentation Preparing technical reports, data analysis, and process validation.
• Capital investment build CAPEX model and coordinate with cross functions to meet annual budget as required
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by educating and directing personnel how to use equipment and facilities efficiently
• Lead the Integrated Process Team (IPT) to ensure physical and business processes are compliant, in control and capable following KPI set and monthly monitored
  
  

Education, Experience & Competencies

Professional Competencies Required

• Organization, Supervising, Leadership skill.
• Open and Compliance thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines
  
  

Desired Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering
• Work experience in industrial production, pharmaceutical is preferable.
• Ability to communicate in English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
• Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures
