Role Overview
Position: ServiceNow IRM Developer
Availability: Immediate
Work Conditions: Fully remote
Start Date: To be determined
Duration: 6 months Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM modules
- Support implementation and enhancement of risk, compliance, and policy management capabilities
- Configure workflows, business rules, and UI actions within ServiceNow IRM
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate risk and compliance requirements into technical solutions
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of IRM solutions
- Ensure best practices and alignment with ServiceNow standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Hands-on experience with IRM modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, or Vendor Risk Management
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Experience working in remote and international environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
