Job Description

If you've led enterprise compliance audits for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can identify gaps in security documentation at a glance, this role positions you at the forefront of AI-driven certification management. You'll apply your expertise to build and refine intelligent systems that scale compliance operations and eliminate repetitive manual work.

IgniteTech is developing an AI-first compliance engine designed for enterprise software environments. This platform uses generative AI to produce audit-ready evidence, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and resolve the majority of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your focus will be on the critical 20%—calibrating the system, guiding its learning, and intervening where expert judgment is essential. The objective is to amplify individual capability tenfold through intelligent automation.

This position is not about routine compliance administration or document formatting. You will manage the reliability of an autonomous compliance infrastructure, identify where AI performance requires enhancement, verify outputs meet auditor standards, and engage directly when customer confidence depends on it. System improvements will stem from your corrections, decision rules, and iterative refinements.

You will collaborate with AI engineering, compliance strategy, and product operations teams, operating at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI advancement. If you understand when to rely on automation, when to assert control, and when to expand the system's capabilities, submit your application.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Certification Audit Packages: Validated evidence collections and documentation supporting ongoing PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certification maintenance.
  • Customer Security Responses: Customized replies addressing sophisticated security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requirements.
  • Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans prompted by regulatory or internal organizational shifts.
  • AI System Tuning Memos: Modifications to AI behavior—including training data adjustments, guardrail definitions, and escalation logic—that enhance performance or compliance precision.

AI Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance via AI-enhanced certification management and customer confidence operations.

Basic Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years managing or directing certification audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS)
  • Proven experience evaluating and addressing complex customer security questionnaires
  • Competence applying GenAI tools to review, create, and refine compliance documentation
