Job Description
If you have hands-on expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can identify compliance gaps at a glance, this role offers you the opportunity to integrate your judgment into an AI-driven certification platform. You will apply your compliance knowledge to build scalable, machine-assisted systems that eliminate repetitive manual work.
IgniteTech is developing the first AI-native compliance engine designed for enterprise software. This platform uses generative AI to produce audit-ready evidence, propose risk mitigation strategies, and resolve approximately 80% of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility is to manage the critical 20%—refining the system, guiding its learning, and intervening when expert judgment is essential. The objective is not to replace human expertise with automation, but to amplify one individual's capabilities tenfold.
This position is not a traditional compliance analyst role. You will not be occupied with chasing approvals or reformatting documentation. Instead, you will oversee the reliability of an autonomous compliance engine, identifying areas where AI assistance falls short, verifying outputs against auditor standards, and engaging directly when customer confidence is at stake. System improvements will result from your corrections, your rule definitions, and your calibration efforts.
You will collaborate with AI engineering teams, compliance strategy specialists, and product operations leadership, positioned at the convergence of security domain knowledge and generative AI advancement. If you understand when to rely on automation, when to intervene manually, and when to enhance the system's training, submit your application today.

- AI System Tuning Memos: Adjustments to AI system logic (including training datasets, control boundaries, escalation protocols) that enhance accuracy or compliance outcomes.
- Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance via AI-enhanced certification oversight and customer confidence initiatives.
- A minimum of 3 years managing or overseeing certification audits (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS)
- Proven experience evaluating and addressing complex customer security questionnaires
- Competence in utilizing GenAI tools to review, produce, and refine compliance documentation
