Job Title: AI Product Owner
Location: Remote (Canada)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the execution and delivery of AI-driven features, use cases, and platform capabilities across a suite of SaaS products. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, data science, and cross-functional product teams to successfully integrate AI and automation into mobile experiences and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of AI-powered features, use cases, and platform enhancements across mobile SaaS products
- Translate business objectives and product requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and sprint deliverables for engineering and data science teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI and automation into workflows such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning, analytics, and public safety
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI initiatives, balancing quick wins with long-term scalability and platform evolution
- Define and maintain execution roadmaps, timelines, and milestones for model development, integration, and releases across multiple product teams
- Track and optimize delivery KPIs including velocity, cycle time, release quality, and adoption metrics
- Support post-deployment validation to ensure model accuracy, system reliability, and strong user experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or mobile products
- Hands-on experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven product features
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management
- Ability to work closely with engineering and data science teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus
- Work on cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS products
