Position: UI/UX Designer
Working Hours: M–F PST, 100% Remote

Scope of the Role
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing high-performing website and landing page experiences that improve user flow, brand presentation, and conversion rates across desktop and mobile.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design landing pages, product pages, and full website experiences for ecommerce.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and UI components.
- Conduct user research, testing, and CRO-informed improvements.
- Work with developers to implement designs accurately in Shopify or custom builds.
- Ensure mobile-first, conversion-focused user experiences.
- Support marketing with design assets for campaigns and ads.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (ecommerce or DTC preferred).
- Strong portfolio showing high-conversion and mobile-optimised designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of UX best practices and ecommerce customer journeys.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
