About The Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our innovative legal tech solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and API applications, working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Your efforts will be crucial in delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed user expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for improving software quality through innovative testing strategies. This is a contract position suitable for professionals looking to make a significant impact in the legal tech space.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into development workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of legal tech platforms or document automation tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability
• Implement, maintain, and optimize testing frameworks for web and API applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and define comprehensive test strategies
• Conduct regular performance, regression, and integration testing to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Monitor testing processes, analyze results, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest QA tools, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance testing processes
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to ensure testing coverage aligns with project goals
