This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager/Analyst in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate technical IT projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborating with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions on schedule. The position involves planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on IT systems implementation and infrastructure projects. You will contribute to operational excellence by monitoring project performance, ensuring alignment with objectives, and supporting distributed teams across multiple locations.   • Accountabilities:
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate technical IT projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with engineering, product, QA, and design teams.
  • Track project performance using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and report status to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Support site surveys, equipment installations, and coordination with local teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules, status reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and reporting metrics such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or IT systems implementation.
  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Confluence.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical background or aptitude for quickly understanding and communicating technical concepts.
  • Willingness to travel 50โ€“75% of the time.
  • Experience in regulated or secure environments (e.g., government, aviation, transportation) preferred.
  • DHS Secret clearance eligibility or existing Secret Clearance is a plus.
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams and relevant certifications (ITIL, airport-specific) is an asset.
