Product Manager (Mid-Senior Level)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of innovative software products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the complete product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-focused solutions that drive business growth.


As a Product Manager, you will partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful product delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and planning through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Gather customer requirements and translate business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog using customer feedback, market insights, and business value.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify new product opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous optimization.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demonstrations, and release planning.
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional Product Management experience in software, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong experience managing products throughout the complete product lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Strong knowledge of product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
  • Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar product management tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, and modern software architectures.
  • Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Management, or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments is preferred.
