Back End Developer - Malta (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Back-End Developer to join their team in Malta. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining existing product functionality. Your responsibilities will include contributing to requirements analysis, product design, source code analysis, debugging, and technical documentation creation. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to combine remote work with in-office collaboration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java/Java EE/Spring Web application development.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and Java Enterprise Technologies.
• Familiarity with JBoss/Wildfly application server, Maven, and Git.
• Effective team collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of web development, HTTP standards, and data structures.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and research.
• Experience with Infinispan, Hazelcast, Hibernate, Resteasy.
• Proficiency in multi-threading, concurrency, code documentation, and testing.
• Familiarity with MySQL and JIRA.
