We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in GCP, BigQuery, Python, and Tableau.
This role requires a professional who is vocal, strong in communication, highly proactive, self-sufficient, and able to ramp up quickly within a dynamic environment.
You will own end-to-end data engineering solutions, drive best practices, and collaborate closely with our client’s team. Your work will directly enable advanced analytics, real-time insights, and data-driven decision-making at scale.

Time Zone: U.S. East/West Coast hours
- How You’ll Make an ImpactLead the design, build, and optimization of data pipelines within the GCP ecosystem, with a strong focus on BigQuery.
- Develop and automate data processes using Python (ingestions, transformations, validations, integrations).
- Build high-quality Tableau dashboards and analytical assets to support business decisions.
- Own data quality, governance, and reliability across all datasets and pipelines.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence across both technical and business stakeholders.
- Anticipate problems, propose solutions proactively, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ramp up quickly and start delivering meaningful impact early in the onboarding process.
What We’re Looking For
- Must-Haves5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience working with GCP
- Strong expertise with BigQuery (data modeling, performance optimization, best practices).
- Advanced experience with Python for data engineering use cases.
- Strong proficiency using Tableau for analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills — outspoken, clear, and confident.
- Highly proactive, independent, and self-driven.
- Proven ability to hit the ground running and ramp up quickly.
