Randstad Japan is partnered with with one of the largest French Financial Services firm globally and we are looking for an engaged and motivated Network Engineer to support daily network operations while the core network team focuses on major office-relocation preparation. This is a hands-on BAU role ensuring smooth, stable network operations for the entire company.

You will work with an international IT team (Japanese not required but a bonus) and support end-users across the business.

The environment is collaborative, friendly, and well-structured, with strong potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.

■Key Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

- Provide day-to-day network BAU support

- Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, cabling, wireless, etc.)

- Handle user requests and operational issues

- Support basic configuration, monitoring, and incident response

- Collaborate with the global network team as needed

■Requirements

As this is an urgent position, you need to be able to start working in Tokyo as soon as possible.

Requirements:

- Relevant qualifications including CCNA

- Experience in enterprise network support (routers, switches, cabling, telephony)

- Solid troubleshooting skills

- Positive, proactive, and engaged personality

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an international team

- Japanese skills are a plus
