Job Description


Resourcing & Talent Acquisition Lead (Remote – UK/EU timezone overlap preferred)



Tribes is growing, and we’re expanding our global developer network to support multiple client projects. We’re looking for a proactive Resourcing & Talent Acquisition Lead to help source, vet, and onboard the best developers into our ecosystem. This role sits at the centre of our delivery model, working closely with our Delivery and Commercial teams to ensure every project has the right talent, on the right terms, at the right time.


What you’ll be doing

  • Sourcing and engaging skilled developers globally


  • Building strong talent pipelines across core stacks (React, Node, Java, Python, Mobile, QA, DevOps, etc.)


  • Ensuring candidates undertake our DevCheck certification process


  • Creating clear, accurate job specifications with Delivery & Project teams


  • Supporting Commercial with availability, rates, benchmarks, and feasibility input


  • Negotiating terms with developers (hourly rates, fixed-price delivery models)


  • Managing onboarding, documentation, and early engagement


  • Keeping our CRM and talent systems up to date and organised


  • Using our internal platform to streamline workflows, track candidates, and improve sourcing efficiency


  • Feeding insights and suggestions to the product team to help improve tools and processes


  • Sharing roles with the internal team and coordinating resource updates


  • Providing rapid deployment of candidates and meeting tight delivery deadlines


  • Supporting the resourcing function by owning day-to-day sourcing and onboarding activities


  • Owning our developer community engagement


  • Helping to foster a strong culture, aligned with Tribes values


  • Supporting our CTO to embed an AI enabled engineering capability


  • Organising and running hackathons


  • Meeting with clients to support them with creating job specs/profiles, ensuring you have a detailed understanding of their requirements


What you’ll need

  • Experience sourcing or recruiting software engineers (internal, agency, freelance, or RPO)


  • Strong understanding of tech roles and common stacks


  • Confidence negotiating rates and commercial terms


  • Excellent written and spoken English


  • Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail


  • Ability to move fast, prioritise well, and deliver under pressure


  • Proactive attitude, clear communication, and comfort working across time zones



  • Fluent English
