Senior Power BI Analyst
About the Team
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Analyst with hands-on expertise in developing dynamic, high-impact dashboards. The ideal candidate will excel at integrating diverse data sources—including Databricks, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Excel—and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through intuitive visualizations.
Location: LATAM
Time Zone: Team operates on U.S. East/West Coast hours
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate data visualization requirements.
- Design, develop, and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards, iterating based on user feedback to ensure exceptional user experience.
- Connect and integrate dashboards with multiple data platforms, including Databricks, GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage), PostgreSQL, AWS, and DynamoDB, ensuring seamless and reliable data flow.
- Optimize Power BI performance for efficient data processing, large datasets, and near real-time updates.
- Provide technical guidance on visualization best practices, data modeling, and dashboard lifecycle management.
What We’re Looking For
- C1-level English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Analyst/Developer.
- Demonstrated success integrating data from Databricks, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and cloud environments (GCP, AWS).
- Proven track record working with stakeholders to deliver user-centered analytical products
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Apply foundational knowledge of the automotive industry to enhance the interpretation, relevance, and stakeholder value of presented insights.
- Power BI certifications are a plus.
