We are growing fast — and now looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead one of our key strategic projects.

🎯 What You Will Do
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Define scope, roadmap, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead the execution of complex projects end-to-end
- Apply and maintain Agile methodologies
- Manage risks, budgets, dependencies & quality
Business Analysis
- Gather & analyze requirements with stakeholders
- Convert business goals into functional specs
- Conduct market & competitor analysis
- Prioritize backlog with product owners
UI/UX Collaboration
- Bridge design and engineering for clean, intuitive UX
- Validate design solutions through testing & user feedback
- Provide input on wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
Leadership & Communication
- Guide cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, analysts)
- Communicate with senior leadership: Head of PMO, COO, CEO
- Run sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Quality & Post-Launch
- Oversee testing, QA processes and validation
- Support onboarding, adoption, and product optimization
- Maintain clear, structured documentation
🔧 Requirements
- 4+ years as a Project Manager in product or tech-driven companies
- Strong business analysis background
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams
- Solid understanding of SDLC & Agile
- Advanced Jira/Confluence/Asana skills
- Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder management
- Fluent English
Nice to Have:
Remote team experience, technical background, Agile/PMP certifications, FinTech/Payments/SaaS domain knowledge.
