The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, customer empathy, and product management expertise to lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Gather and analyze customer insights, usage data, and industry trends to inform product decisions and feature prioritization.
- Translate product vision into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation, development, and launch to ongoing optimization and iteration.
- Monitor key product metrics, user engagement, and adoption, applying insights to improve performance.
- Communicate product plans, updates, and results to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Act as the product expert and advocate internally and externally, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role managing the full product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of product management frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Aha!).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
