The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across our SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, sets clear expectations, and consistently delivers measurable outcomes.



What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to launch to optimization.
  • Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs; provide weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Drive product launches and support internal teams with documentation and enablement.
  • Identify challenges early and propose process or workflow improvements.



What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of SaaS Product Management experience (mid-sized + enterprise experience ideal).
  • Proven track record of building and launching successful products.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and expectation management.
  • Experience with product & project tools (Jira, Asana, Figma, analytics tools).
  • Strong understanding of agile processes and modern product practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.



Nice to Have

  • Experience in home services, customer feedback systems, or reputation management.
  • Background in employee performance, rewards, or recognition software.
  • Technical aptitude: APIs, system behavior, engineering tradeoffs.

Engagement Structure & Expectations

To ensure alignment and fit, this role begins with a paid 2–4 week trial, working 3 hours per day.


During the trial, we evaluate:

  • quality of work
  • communication and collaboration
  • ownership and accountability
  • ability to execute quickly and effectively


After the 2–4 week trial, if everything aligns, we transition into a long-term engagement with increased hours and expanded responsibilities.
