About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who combines strategic product thinking with exceptional project leadership. This is a highly visible role where you'll own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives while driving the adoption and continuous improvement of MySchool's AI-centric Software Development Lifecycle.

You'll work closely with customers, Product Design, Engineering, and company leadership to transform complex business challenges into clear product requirements, prioritise initiatives, coordinate delivery, and ensure products are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

We're looking for someone who is technically curious, commercially minded, and confident leading conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll be expected to bring clarity to ambiguity, influence decision-making, and continuously improve how software is designed and delivered.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple software product initiatives.
• Lead the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of MySchool's AI-centric Software Development Lifecycle.
• Translate ambiguous business objectives into well-defined product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Facilitate product discovery sessions with customers and internal stakeholders to understand underlying business needs.
• Challenge assumptions and identify the most effective product solutions rather than simply gathering feature requests.
• Prioritise product initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate delivery across Product Design, Engineering, and key stakeholders.
• Drive projects forward by maintaining ownership, accountability, and delivery momentum.
• Build strong relationships with international customers and confidently facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve product discovery, documentation, planning, and delivery workflows.

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to internal delivery processes.
• Work closely with Product Designers to ensure requirements are translated into intuitive user experiences.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure solutions are technically feasible and delivered efficiently.
• Promote best practices across Agile delivery, product management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar product leadership role within a SaaS or software product company.
• Strong experience managing software products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Proven experience translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Experience integrating AI tools into product development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, or similar technologies used to accelerate software delivery and product development.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and influence decision-making.
• Experience working closely with Product Design and Software Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development principles.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
