This role will oversee ERP project development and delivery, transform legacy support structures into a modern, scalable organization, and lead multiple projects simultaneously to ensure operational excellence and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ERP strategies and delivery plans
- Reform organizational structure to enhance delivery capability
- Collaborate with ERP sales leadership to align business development and execution
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
- Strong ERP domain expertise (SAP preferred; Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics acceptable)
- Proven experience managing large technical teams and multiple projects
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- SAP certification or other ERP-related credentials
SALARY
- New York : USD150,000-200,000
- Texas : USD125,000-165,000
