As our Technical Product Owner, you translate vision into actionable roadmaps, guiding multidisciplinary squads to deliver scalable, high-quality software. You champion customer value, balance tech trade-offs, and ensure every release moves the business needle. Your strategic insight bridges business goals and technical excellence for clients across North America and Europe.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Own and communicate product vision and goals.
- Prioritize, refine, and socialize a transparent backlog.
- Validate technical feasibility with leads before commitments.
- Define acceptance criteria including performance and observability.
- Sync daily with clients; share concise progress reports.
- Monitor quality metrics and authorize releases.
- Facilitate Sprint ceremonies, driving continuous improvement.
🛠 Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years as Product Owner in agile software teams.
- Proven Scrum mastery and backlog management.
- B2 English; clear, empathetic communication.
- Data-driven decision making and stakeholder alignment.
- Located in Colombia or able to work GMT-5 core hours.
