Product Manager – Integrations (Hospitality SaaS)

Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

Reporting to: Senior Product Leadership

Role Overview


The business is seeking a Product Manager – Integrations to support the delivery and optimisation of third-party connections within their hospitality platform. This role will focus on managing integrations with key systems such as PMS, booking engines, payment providers, and CRM platforms ensuring seamless data flow and reliability across the product ecosystem.



This is a hands-on role suited to someone from a Product Owner or Business Analyst background who enjoys working closely with engineering teams, defining detailed requirements, and ensuring delivery quality. The position offers the opportunity to make a visible impact across the product roadmap while learning from senior product leadership within a growing SaaS environment.



Product Manager – Integrations (Hospitality SaaS) - Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the integrations backlog, defining clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for new and enhanced connections.
  • Work with engineering teams to scope, prioritise, and deliver robust integrations with PMS, POS, CRM, and booking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, and Commercial) to ensure integration work aligns with customer and business needs.
  • Translate complex technical and API specifications into clear documentation and functional deliverables.
  • Analyse integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support discovery for new partner integrations by gathering requirements, assessing technical feasibility, and estimating delivery impact.
  • Maintain an understanding of the hospitality technology landscape and emerging integration opportunities.



Product Manager – Integrations (Hospitality SaaS) - Skills & Experience Required



  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in a SaaS or hospitality technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of third-party integrations and APIs, particularly within PMS, POS, CRM, or booking systems.
  • Familiarity with hospitality operations and the systems used by hotels, restaurants, or venues.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced SaaS environment.
