This is not a maintenance role. It’s a build role. A chance to own major initiatives across digital banking, BaaS and embedded finance, and drive real architectural decisions in an environment that actually moves.

What you’ll own

• Leading cross-functional engineering teams across cards, onboarding or lending

• Setting architectural direction across microservices, APIs, cloud-native systems, and DevOps

• Uplifting engineering culture through mentorship, delivery ownership and modern practices

• Driving innovation across AI/ML, open banking, automation and platform efficiency

What you need to have

• 10+ years in software engineering from a Fintech or Bank, including 3+ years in technical leadership

• Strong depth across distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and scalable architectures

• A track record of delivering complex products in fast-paced, agile environments

• Hands-on, pragmatic and able to influence at both technical and business levels

• Passion for modern banking, platform engineering and building products users love
