We're partnering with a forward-thinking technology organisation that’s heavily investing in Microsoft’s AI and modern workplace ecosystem. They are currently hiring a Solutions Architect to join their cloud and digital transformation team, focusing on designing and delivering next-generation Microsoft 365 and AI-powered solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture across enterprise environments.
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Architect and deploy AI Agents that automate business processes across functions such as IT, finance and customer support.
- Build secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure and the Power Platform.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows into existing enterprise systems and processes.
- Run technical workshops, discovery sessions and proof-of-concept engagements with stakeholders.
- Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance and governance standards.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft’s AI roadmap and introduce emerging capabilities into client solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

- 8+ years’ experience in Microsoft cloud architecture or solution design roles.
- Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Azure and the Power Platform.
- Proven delivery experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Experience designing or implementing AI Agents in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), PowerShell and hybrid cloud setups.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel or Azure AI Agent Service.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
