What you’ll do:
• Lead and support automation projects across Indiana manufacturing sites
• Optimise control strategies and troubleshoot high-availability systems
• Assist with OT incident response, backups, and secure configuration
• Perform OT standards assessments and help close gaps
• Manage budgets, schedules, and communication across stakeholders
What you need
• BS in Engineering (Automation, Controls, Electrical, etc.)
• 3+ years of manufacturing automation/OT experience
• Strong communicator and collaborator
Nice-to-haves
• OT security exposure
• SPC/statistical process experience
• Regulated industry background
• Leadership or cross-functional project experience
