- Automate tasks advocates currently do manually, including outbound voice calls to insurance, doctors, pharmacies, and patients
- Build and improve agentic search and multi-agent orchestration across complex healthcare workflows
- Design evaluation infrastructure to measure and improve the quality of AI automations
- Implement reinforcement-learning loops that use real actions to train and improve models over time

- Shipped voice AI to production (not demos)
- 1 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including systems with a voice component
- A clear signal of excellence: a growing startup (Series A to D), major products shipped, funding raised, olympiad, or similar
- Undergraduate CS degree from a top-25 university in the US or Canada
- Production voice AI stack: streaming STT/TTS, telephony (Twilio/SIP), latency optimization, endpointing
- Agentic systems: context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, RAG
- Rapid learner who thrives in ambiguity and builds the playbook rather than following one
- Willing to relocate to San Francisco in Q1 2027

- Built evaluation pipelines for voice systems: metrics, regression suites, production signal
- Location: San Francisco, CA, or remote (US), with preference for SF or Boston; relocation to SF expected around Q1 2027
- Compensation: $180,000 to $220,000 base plus competitive early equity
- Visa sponsorship: open to visa transfers (for example OPT or H-1B transfers)
