The DevOps Engineer III will collaborate with development, cloud engineering, and security teams to implement modern CI/CD pipelines, improve automation, and optimize developer experience. Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines to enable secure, automated, and repeatable software delivery
- Collaborate with developers to migrate, consolidate, and optimize development platforms and processes
- Enhance automation, observability, and governance within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Partner with architecture and cloud teams to maintain standards, blueprints, and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration across tools and systems
- Promote development best practices, mentor team members, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related software engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tooling and practices (Git, CI/CD orchestration, database automation, configuration-as-code)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Packer
- Expertise in containerization and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (PowerShell, Python, C#, SQL, JavaScript, .NET/.NET Core)
- Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, New Relic, Solarwinds), security analysis, and static code analysis
- Ability to work independently and strategically, solve complex problems, and mentor peers
- Preferred: knowledge of Agile/Scaled Agile practices, microservices architecture, and UI frameworks like React
