About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process for both go-to-market (GTM) and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. You will develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent across sales, field engineering, and semiconductor engineering disciplines such as IC design, systems validation, and R&D. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure hiring excellence across all functions.
The successful candidate will deliver a high-touch, transparent, and personalized candidate experience that reflects our company values and culture at every stage of the hiring process. Leveraging ATS and analytics, you will monitor pipeline health, optimize recruiting processes, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Additionally, you will stay informed on industry trends, market benchmarks, and emerging talent markets in AI, HPC, and semiconductors, guiding competitive hiring decisions. You will also collaborate on employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility through events, digital campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring for GTM (sales, pre-sales, field engineering, customer success) and technical (engineering, R&D, manufacturing) roles.
- 3+ years managing strategic sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill or specialized technical and commercial roles, utilizing CRM, AI, and data-driven recruiting tools.
- Proven ability to influence and advise hiring teams, define recruiting priorities in ambiguous environments, and drive timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Experience using ATS platforms (BambooHR preferred) and sourcing tools to manage and report recruitment data effectively.
- Working knowledge of equity-based compensation and competitive market analysis in technical and GTM talent spaces.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and process automation.
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle for GTM and technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
