Are you ready to launch a career in technology but don’t know where to start?
This graduate opportunity gives you paid training, hands-on experience, and a direct route into a Support Engineer role with a leading UK tech employer.
No prior industry experience needed — just curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do as a Support Engineer
Once trained, you’ll join a client team as a Junior Support Engineer, where you’ll:
- Troubleshoot and solve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and operating systems.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases for common issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and end users to keep systems running smoothly.
- Gain real experience in IT support, infrastructure, and DevOps environments.
How it works
1. Learn – Complete a full-time, remote training programme delivered by expert instructors. Training starts from day one and you’ll be paid throughout.
2. Work – On graduation, you’ll begin a 24-month client placement as a Support Engineer, building experience in live tech environments.
3. Grow – Continue to upskill with access to extra training, salary reviews every six months, and the option to become a full-time employee with your client after the placement.

- Strong interest in technology, IT systems or DevOps.
- Some knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (desirable).
- Logical thinker with problem-solving and communication skills.
- Team player who enjoys learning and helping others.
- Eligible to work in the UK (citizen, settled, or permanent status).
- Open to travel or relocation for client assignments (hybrid and office-based roles available).
