Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex data sets, designing advanced Tableau dashboards, and partnering with senior management and cross functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities. This is someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the organization more profitable. This candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Partner with senior management to identify business opportunities and provide insights.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for data analysis and visualization.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports and analyses.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and experience with large data sets.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record of driving business improvements through data analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on data visualization and reporting.
This individual will work on-site at our national headquarters (South Bend, IN). Relocation bonus is available.
