We are looking for a highly technical Senior HR Data Analyst to own our people data infrastructure, drive a massive global HRIS migration, and build our workforce planning analytics from scratch. This is a standalone role for a tech-savvy professional who can write code to clean backend data, map complex schemas, and translate the results into strategic insights for C-level executives.
🚨 Important Note: This is a strictly on-site role (5/2 schedule) located at our office in Belgrade, Serbia. Remote or hybrid formats are not available.
What You’ll Do
- Data Migration & ETL (First 3 Months): Lead the technical data cleansing, source-to-target field mapping, and migration from legacy systems (BambooHR) to our new global HRIS (HiBob).
- Data Stewardship: Build and maintain the HR Data Warehouse ("single source of truth"). Write scripts to automate data pipelines and ensure total data integrity across 6 countries (3,300+ employees).
- Workforce Planning & Budgeting: Partner with Finance and Leadership to build high-accuracy headcount forecasting models, personnel cost tracking (FTE/payroll), and turnover predictors.
- BI & Dashboarding: Design, build, and automate interactive dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) using complex semantic modeling (DAX) to democratize data for stakeholders.

What You Bring
- 3+ years in Data Analytics, with a proven track record of working inside large HRIS environments (Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, or SuccessFactors).
- Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions) and strong Python proficiency utilizing data libraries (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and automation.
- Advanced experience in Power BI (advanced DAX) or Tableau, building clean, production-ready data models (Star/Snowflake schemas).
- Solid understanding of core People Metrics (eNPS, Attrition, Retention) and C&B/Workforce planning frameworks.
- Ability to communicate complex technical data architecture and financial models to non-technical HR stakeholders and executives.
