Technical Recruiter — Relocation to Philippines (India-Based Candidates)

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Technical Recruiter who’s excited about building talent pipelines across APAC and is open to relocating to the Philippines. If you enjoy solving hiring challenges, working directly with business leaders, and know how to spot real engineering talent beyond the buzzwords — we should talk.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles — from talent mapping to offer closure
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
  • Build strong pipelines across software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital product roles
  • Run structured interviews and assess technical competencies meaningfully (not just keyword matching)
  • Close top candidates with a strong mix of storytelling, rapport-building, and market insights
  • Maintain clean and proactive reporting through ATS/CRM and internal dashboards
  • Drive sourcing strategies: LinkedIn RPS, GitHub, StackOverflow, employee referrals, communities, boolean/X-ray

What you should bring

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring (agency or corporate)
  • Proven success hiring for roles like: Software Engineers, Cloud/DevOps, Data roles, Cybersecurity, Architects, Product, IT Infra
  • Strong sourcing IQ: Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, market intelligence, competitor mapping
  • Experience recruiting across India or global markets (APAC preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter attitude — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
