Role Overview

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to design, develop, and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality and performance across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and technical documentation to ensure test coverage and clarity.
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project goals.
• Design and execute automation tests using open-source tools (Selenium, JMeter).
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Conduct regression, performance, and API testing (Postman, JMeter).
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams within Agile/Scrum cycles.
• Maintain QA metrics and support continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Stay current with emerging automation frameworks and QA tools.

Experience & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software QA and test automation.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JMeter, Postman, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Experience in database testing (MySQL); exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally within tech, AI, or analytics-focused teams.
