🧠 About You
- 2–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Tech Lead, or Functional Consultant in digital or transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of IT defect management and Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger), MS Office, and JIRA / Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Partner with Product Owners to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic transformation goals.
- Analyze and document business needs, user journeys, and functional specifications across multiple business lines and countries.
- Collaborate with IT teams to define APIs, data models, and system interactions supporting end-to-end processes.
- Manage bug identification and defect resolution, ensuring quality and traceability throughout delivery.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and post-release reviews.
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
Based in Barcelona or nearby, with availability for a hybrid working model.
