  • Analyse large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights
  • Build, train, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
  • Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data exploration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business
  • Develop dashboards and visualisations to communicate findings
  • Monitor and optimise model performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in data science and AI
🎯 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in data science or analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Solid knowledge of statistics, data modelling, and data mining
  • Experience with SQL and database management
  • Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
