Your Responsibili

• tiesMonitor and manage incidents related to SailPoint IdentityNow/Identit
• yIQ.Troubleshoot and resolve access management issues and perform root cause analy
• sis.Implement and configure IAM solutions based on SailPoint platfo
• rms.Collaborate with IT and Security teams to integrate IAM into enterprise environme
• nts.Improve and automate SailPoint workflows for efficiency and scalabil
• ity.Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, and SO

C 2.
What You

• Bring3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Identi
• tyIQ.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related f
• ield.Language Skills: Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (speaking, writing, listening, and read
• ing).Strong understanding of access governance, RBAC, provisioning, and lifecycle manage
• ment.Familiarity with incident management, troubleshooting, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Sent
• inel)Solid grasp of IAM protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and
• LDAP.Experience with scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible is a p
• lus).Experience with DevSecOps, API security, and CI/CD environm
• ents.Analytical thinker with excellent communication and collaboration sk
• ills.Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum t
