🔹 Job Title: AI Automation Engineer (M365 + GitHub Actions)

🧭 About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions across Microsoft 365 (M365) environments.

This role will focus on integrating AI models, M365 tools, and GitHub Actions to simplify business processes, reduce manual work, and enhance operational efficiency.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that builds automation solutions for collaboration, communication, and workflow optimization across the organization.

💡 Typical Day in the Role

• Develop and maintain automation workflows across Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.).
• Use GitHub Actions to run and manage backend automation pipelines.
• Design and implement AI-powered scripts for document management, notifications, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Build and test connectors between M365 APIs, GitHub repositories, and AI services (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.).
• Troubleshoot automation errors and ensure reliability and scalability of workflows.
• Document automation processes and provide best practices to improve adoption.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and deploy automation pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Build AI-driven workflows using Power Automate, Graph API, or custom scripts.
• Automate M365 operations like email triggers, Teams alerts, SharePoint updates, and Excel data refreshes.
• Maintain and version control automation code within GitHub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve automation systems.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools and APIs (Graph API, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or PowerShell for automation scripting.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and how to integrate AI models into workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience in building chatbots or AI assistants in M365 (Teams Bots, Power Virtual Agents).
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Previous experience with M365 automation projects or enterprise-scale AI integration.
