🎯 What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a Database Developer who isn’t just technically strong, but also confident communicators - professionals who can hold their own in a room full of senior stakeholders. This is really key.
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Deep technical skill in building and optimising SQL Server databases - especially complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Strong background in real-time data movement and reliability - including replication setups, Change Data Capture (CDC), and high-availability design.
- Experience creating and maintaining ETL pipelines and automated deployment workflows for database code.
- Confident working in cloud-based environments (preferably Azure) with a solid grasp of modern data architecture and governance principles.
📍 Location & Relocation
This is a full-time, on-site role. The office is not in one of Dubai’s central hotspots — relocation (either within or into the UAE) will likely be necessary. To help with that, the company is offering relocation support.
