You are a Senior Flutter Engineer and seasoned mobile developer who combines deep technical expertise with curiosity, collaboration, and ownership. You have extensive experience building and maintaining complex, high-performance Flutter applications and a solid foundation in native iOS development.

You’re the kind of engineer who loves solving hard problems, whether it’s optimizing performance, improving CI/CD pipelines, or untangling intricate state management challenges. You communicate clearly, think holistically about architecture and user experience, and work seamlessly with backend engineers, designers, and product teams.

You take initiative rather than waiting for direction, thrive in a fast-moving, fully remote environment, and bring both humility and confidence to your work. You mentor others naturally, welcome feedback, and care deeply about building reliable, scalable, and elegant products that make a real difference for customers in the medical device industry.

• You will develop, maintain, and enhance Movemedical’s Flutter mobile app used by global medical device companies.

• You will collaborate with the mobile team (primarily based in Europe) to deliver new features, resolve bugs, and ensure reliability across iOS and Android.

• You will serve as a senior individual contributor capable of tackling complex technical challenges independently.

• You will provide after-hours support coverage on a rotating basis for critical issues.

• You will partner with server-side engineers, product managers, and UX to design and implement scalable, elegant solutions.

• You will contribute to team growth by mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge.

• You will work closely with the Mobile Lead to shape the long-term direction of Movemedical’s Flutter platform.

What skills and experience do we expect you to have?

• You have 8+ years of mobile development experience.

• You have 3+ years of professional Flutter experience (actively using Flutter in your current role).

• You have strong native iOS experience (Swift, SwiftUI, or Objective-C).

• You possess a deep understanding of Riverpod (state management framework).

• You are familiar with GoRouter, FVM, and modern Flutter tooling.

• You possess working knowledge of SQL and local data storage.

• You have experience with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, Fastlane, Match) and mobile build automation.

• You possess an understanding of App Store and enterprise distribution, provisioning profiles, and certificates.

• You possess a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP requests/responses, and server integration.

Nice-to-haves:

• Native Android (Kotlin) experience.

• Experience managing multi-flavor app builds or enterprise-scale mobile deployments.

• Background in logistics, healthcare, or supply chain solutions.

Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000
