Responsibilities
- Responsible for the visual interface design, feature iterations, and redesigns of core business apps and WEB platforms.
- Follow and refine design guidelines to maintain consistent visual style across products.
- Possess strong business comprehension skills, able to clearly understand product business objectives and identify corresponding design goals and priorities.
- Have a certain understanding of product and interaction design, and be able to participate in the product interaction design process, collaborating closely with upstream and downstream teams to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, study target customers, and continuously optimize and innovate the overall user experience.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of work experience; overseas study background is preferred, and English can be used as a working language.
- Keen interest in the internet, finance, software, and various electronic products, with deep insights into UI design, interaction design, and design research theories and practices in the internet/finance field.
- Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to advancing projects.
- A portfolio is required. An outstanding designer should have a respectable portfolio—this is the first step in showcasing yourself. Please ensure it is genuine. Additionally, we are a team with a flat management structure, high autonomy, and a harmonious atmosphere.
