About The Role

Pragmatike is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI startup recognized as a Top 10 GenAI company by GTM Capital, founded by MIT CSAIL researchers, a hub of innovation in systems and AI.

Were seeking Full Stack Engineers to design, build, and optimize front-end and back-end systems that power cutting-edge AI applications at scale, directly influencing production workloads for Fortune 500 customers.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-enabled platforms, solving complex technical challenges while shaping the backbone of a leading AI company. Youll own critical systems end-to-end and collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers.What Youll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems in TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, secure solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and refine applications for reliability and efficiency.
  • Contribute to code reviews, engineering culture, and continuous learning.


What Were Looking For

  • Extensive experience in full-stack development with TypeScript, React (or similar), and Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Expertise in building scalable, secure APIs and optimizing system performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.


Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies or working in AI-related fields.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
