    Role Overview:

Client is seeking a Mid-Level UI Production Designer with a strong foundation in design systems to join our dynamic UX team.

This role sits at the intersection of design craft, systems precision, and production efficiency — ensuring every interface we deliver is pixel-perfect, scalable, and true to the client’s brand. You’ll partner closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to prepare high-quality design files for development, stay hands-on through build and QA, and strengthen our shared design system and toolkit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design Execution & Production
    • Maintain organized, production-ready Figma files and uphold strong file hygiene practices.
    • Act as the final design checkpoint, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and alignment with brand standards.
    • Prepare and polish final design files for development handoff with pixel-perfect accuracy and consistency.
    • Partner with developer’s post-handoff to review builds, flag design QA issues, and guide in-dev refinements.
    • Design Systems & Toolkit Mastery
    • Serve as a go-to expert on client’s design system and toolkit — ensuring proper use and advocating for continuous improvement.
    • Implement and extend design system components, spacing, and visual patterns in real-world digital experiences.
    • Collaborate with design system and engineering partners to maintain visual and functional consistency across web and app.
    • Contribute to system documentation and education, helping elevate design system literacy.
    • Visual Design & Collaboration
    • Translate UX flows and product requirements into refined, visually engaging UI designs.
    • Create and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs in Figma.
    • Iteration & Improvement
    • Respond to feedback with a refinement mindset, improving clarity and scalability of design assets.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and elevate design consistency.
    • Contribute to shared best practices and advocate for design system-driven efficiency.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Strong visual design and layout skills with an exacting attention to detail.
    • Deep proficiency in Figma, including component creation, variants, and library management.
    • Demonstrated experience working with or contributing to a large-scale design system.
    • Understanding of responsive design and how to optimize for multiple platforms (web, mobile, app).
    • Experience collaborating directly with product managers and developers through delivery and QA.
    • Clear communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
    • Passion for scalable, systematic design practices and continuous improvement.
