About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead enterprise-level data architecture and modelling across commerce, manufacturing, and supply chain domains. You’ll define how data flows across systems, shape domain and semantic models, and enable self-service analytics on Azure Synapse and Databricks.

This role blends strategic design with hands-on architectural oversight, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable, interoperable, and well-governed data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise information models (semantic, conceptual, logical) mapped to Azure Synapse & Databricks
• Architect domain data models for key business areas
• Define data product interfaces and semantic contracts across domains
• Develop semantic layers for business-friendly, self-service analytics
• Align data architecture for transformations involving SAP, Salesforce, o9
• Co-create master data management and data quality standards
• Mentor teams on best practices and ensure alignment with governance principles

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7+ years as a Data Architect designing enterprise-scale models
• Expertise in commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain data domains
• Strong knowledge of lakehouse / Data Mesh patterns and dimensional modelling
• Hands-on with Azure Synapse, Databricks, Unity Catalog, Data Factory
• Excellent communicator with both technical and business stakeholders
• Collaborative, pragmatic leadership style
