- Manage support queries from employees and HR through the ticketing system
- Maintain role assignments globally and manage requests based on the approval matrix
- Provide customer support for functional HR application-related issues
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to deliver exceptional customer service through troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support HR system upgrades and enhancements, including testing, training, and implementation
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- 3+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration of Core HCM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree desired
- Intermediate knowledge of Workday Performance, Talent, Comp, and Security
- Analytically minded with the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with high accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and creative environment
