About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing front-end solutions that deliver seamless user experiences across platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
This position is fully remote, and candidates must be located within the Eastern or Central time zones to facilitate collaboration and communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a strong background in front-end development, and a keen interest in fintech, blockchain, or related technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in front-end development for web and mobile applications
- At least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Experience working in high-growth software startups or fast-paced environments
- Industry experience in fintech or financial software
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React and React Native
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Design, develop, and optimize responsive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern front-end technologies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure the scalability, security, and accessibility of front-end applications, adhering to industry standards and regulations
- Lead code reviews, implement testing strategies, and maintain code quality standards
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay informed about emerging trends in front-end development and fintech to recommend innovative solutions
