About the Role
At Orion Innovation, we are looking for a Python Developer with deep expertise in Azure Cloud and AI integration.
You will design, build, and deploy data-driven and AI-powered services, working on projects that combine cloud automation, data engineering, and Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Python-based services and AI integrations leveraging Azure Cloud (Data Factory, Functions, Synapse, Blob Storage).
- Implement APIs, pipelines, and microservices that connect enterprise systems with LLMs and AI models.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt orchestration pipelines.
- Optimize performance and scalability of AI-enabled backends using modern DevOps practices.
- Work with Azure Cognitive Services and Azure OpenAI to integrate intelligent automation into existing workflows.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Python applications in cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services (Functions, Data Factory, Synapse, Logic Apps).
- Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, Pandas, and PySpark.
- Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI frameworks, and Azure OpenAI Service.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and DevOps.
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing LangChain or RAG architectures.
- Understanding of data orchestration and MLOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of machine learning model deployment and prompt engineering.
