IF YOU ARE

• A Senior Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience in automation
• Accustomed to writing automation for UI, API, performance, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Confident in creating or extending test frameworks from scratch
• Skilled in Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead responsibilities in distributed teams
• Adept at Agile development practices (Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban)
• Proficient in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Go, or Python
• Experienced in testing tools like Playwright, Cypress, API testing, contract testing, etc.
• Skilled in CI/CD tools, TDD, pair programming, and code reviews
• Strong in service-oriented architecture, performance, accessibility, and security testing
• Detail-oriented and self-driven, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
• A powerful communicator and natural collaborator, able to guide teams and mentor engineers
• Fluent in English and experienced working in fully distributed environments

• Lead and own test automation strategy and execution across development lifecycles
• Build robust, scalable testing frameworks with minimal supervision
• Serve as a Scrum Master or informal team leader by facilitating ceremonies and focusing on delivery
• Ensure measurable test coverage and report automation metrics
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and designers to deliver high-quality products
• Champion quality practices, help evolve team norms, and proactively improve engineering health
• Review code, contribute to architecture discussions, and deliver tools to support other teams
• Own your work from scoping to production and act as a multiplier for the broader engineering org
